how can I see it here in the US? Its not rentable and it's not playing anywhere. I only found out about WKW's films recently and fell in love with them, so I'm playing catch up.

Wed, March 30, 2005 - 11:50 PMIt's out on DVD. You can buy in your local Chinese-language video shop, or order it online.
If you are in the SF Bay Area, I can tell you where to go in SF. -

Re: 2046
Thu, March 31, 2005 - 5:02 PM"Worth" is a very subjective term. You can see my fairly negative review in an earlier thread on this tribe.
If you feel as I do, that you must see everything he made, then buying the film might be easier than renting it, since Anglo video stores don't have it. Asia Star on Grant Ave. near Broadway has it, as do all of the video shops on that end of Grant (there are about 4 or 5 of them now in a two block zone).
I assume you've already seen "In the Mood for Love"? And if you missed any of his other films (all available in Chinatown, though "Fallen Angels" is harder to find sometimes), then work your way backwards and save "2046" for last.
